Zazen, or seated meditation, is the central practice of our school, but what exactly is it? Just sitting. How do we actually “just sit"? In this series we will explore Zazen through somatic and breath exercises, workshopping postural alignment, traditional texts, and discussion. Whether you are new to Zazen or working with questions and physical challenges developed over years of practice, please come and share this exploration with others.
